My soon to be father in law, who is an MD in Ohio, recieved his MD at San Pedro de Marcoris. I was talking to him about attending school at Ross or Saba, etc. And he said, "Dont do it." I asked why, and he replied that the USMLE exams are purposely made more difficult for foreign schools? Is this true?

He also said that he had to take Step II, several times. And that one of his buddied couldnt pass the USMLE and is now a DJ. Scary. Any advice on the above will help relieve my anxieties!!

If you do decide to go to the Caribbean, ONLY consider the established schools. You know the names!
