MEDICAL SCHOOLS

   MEDICAL SCHOOLS

All are listed with the WHO (World Health Organization) and the IMED.

Readers are reminded that WHO has no authority to grant any form of recognition or accreditation to schools of medicine or other
training institutions. Such a procedure remains the exclusive prerogative of the national government concerned. WHO limits itself to
publishing information on medical schools that has been provided or confirmed by the governments of its Member States.

The Importance of California licensure: states in the U.S. are becoming increasingly strict with regard to recognizing foreign medical
diplomas, in particular from graduates of new offshore Caribbean medical schools. Most states are slowly, but surely, approaching
the high standards of California, which is the strictest state. Therefore, it is best to only consider schools that are licensed in California,
as the other states in the U.S. will soon adopt the same guidelines as to which foreign medical diplomas they recognize.

You are strongly encouraged to research in detail any school before deciding to attend!

At your discretion, read the detailed narrative of each site visit and evaluation at the AAIMG (American Association of International
   Medical Graduates): www.aaimg.com
